LL.M., J.S.M., or J.S.D. In International Tax & Financial
Services
This
is the first and only entirely online course of study at an
ABA accredited law school that allows U.S. and foreign legal
or business professionals to earn an LL.M. or a J.S.D Degree.
Initially created to culminate in an LL.M. in international
tax, the Diamond Program has grown to meet the wide range of
career objectives and needs represented by the individuals who
seek the flexibility that only this online program can
offer.
The
program's more than 40 courses are taught by an international
faculty and include seven concentration areas: Bankruptcy
& Restructuring, Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering,
U.S. Taxation, eCommerce, International Financial Centers,
Financial Services & Wealth Management, and Trusts &
Estate Planning.

Initially, I was slightly
apprehensive about studying over the internet.
However, this soon dissipated and I found the
whole experience both fascinating and rewarding.
It really has added value. The program's
coverage, both in breadth and depth, was very
good and there was ample opportunity to exchange
views with others, present ideas and ask
questions.
