Online Delivery using Black Board / Test the software "blackboard"

This example of some basic introductory material excerpts is derived from preliminary notes that all students must read upon entering the program. The intention is to introduce you to St Thomas University, the School of Law, and the use of the Internet for education as well as research.

Be aware that the program actually resides on Lexis-Nexis and requires a Lexis password to enter it, obtainable only through the LLM program.

Materials come from text books, cases, articles, databases, loose-leaf practitioner manuals, IRS and other Revenue handbooks. Many are written and/or created by the faculty exclusively for use by the LL.M.
